These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Irish IPTV service operated by Irish IPTV Limited, a company registered in Ireland.

By accessing and using our service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our service.

Payment Terms

  • Payment due in advance

  • All subscription plans are non-recurring and will NOT automatically renew. Manual renewal is required.

  • Refunds are subject to our 10-Day Money-Back Guarantee, as detailed in our separate Refund Policy.

  • Late payment may suspend service

All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.

Prohibited Uses

Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, however, service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

Scheduled maintenance and updates

Internet connectivity issues

Force majeure events beyond our control

Stream instability or geo-blocking implemented by content broadcasters.

We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible and work to minimize service disruptions.

Account Termination

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or specific device failures.

Frequently Asked Questions

A. No. All our plans are non-contractual and do not automatically renew. You must manually purchase a new subscription when your current term expires. This gives you full control over your spending.

A. If you are not completely satisfied with our service within the first 10 days, you can request a full refund. This policy is governed in detail by our separate Refund Policy document.

A. Yes, but only sequentially. A standard subscription is strictly limited to one active stream at any given time. Attempting to exceed this stream limit is a direct violation of the TOS and will result in immediate temporary account suspension.

A. No. Sharing your login credentials with people outside your household is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule, or attempting to resell our service, will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account without refund.

A. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, channel availability and stability are subject to factors beyond our control (broadcaster changes, internet issues, geo-blocking). We do not guarantee 100% availability of any specific channel, as detailed in the Service Description section of these Terms.

A. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation, mediation, or finally, in the courts of Dublin, Ireland, as outlined in the Governing Law section.
